Built from the SAS emails (Aug 4 to Sep 25) plus live Amazon API checks run Oct 6, Oct 8 and Oct 9. Case status comes from each case's most recent email; nobody has checked the Seller Central Case Log yet (first team task below).

Our Customer Insights reply went out Oct 5. The Sep 25 deadline for Sonali's Prime Big Deal Days list passed, so the EU question is now Black Friday only, and the stock check settles it: all 1,638 units Amazon holds for us in Europe are in the UK warehouse; the EU27 network has none. Two drafts are ready for Mike: the Sonali reply (two variants) and the SAM team email on contribution authority plus A+ Content.

    All 21 pen descriptions still say 0.55mm for the ballpoint (should be 0.7mm, the Oct 2 fix only covered the bullets), and 3 pens still have it in a bullet. The fix is built and passed Amazon's validation on all 21. Also OK the new bundle copy draft.

Oct 5: refill titles, text and 13 images corrected on Amazon, then the same on Shopify, eBay and Walmart. Oct 9: tip size, point, ink base, uses and included parts set on all 21 pens and 8 refills (29 of 29 accepted and read back). The public page still showed other sellers' values 2 minutes later; re-check Oct 10.

Reply inside the case

Case emails come from no-reply addresses. Answer in Seller Central → Case Log. The Customer Insights report is the exception: it asks for an email reply.

Approval windows are short

SAS closed the detail-page case after 3 business days and the data-quality case after its review date. Whoever submits a request owns replying inside the window.

Never apply SAS's shortened "+1 Count" title suggestions. Use Bastion's approved titles.
